I just ordered a platter of falafel and hummus... Absolutely awful, fries with dry salad, which was supposed to be the side, but was the main part.Hummus advertised but was missing, the falafel tasted like it was made 2 weeks ago it was so stuff. The service was poor with no apology after I complained with an explanation.. they disgrace the name of lebanese food.. in this current time a decent service and well prepared food is a necessity when we are spending hard earned money.. it doesn't take 15 minutes to produce this garbage..

Long wait with no orders in front of us. Not a good wrap. Falafel not plentiful. Very poor value - particularly the fries. Service like a funeral, although if I was being buried I'd have appreciated the quiet.
I went there last weekend, I've never come across such fake Lebanese food, I'm not sure how the management of Mercato is still letting them Trade after their review score over the web? I should've seen the reviews. AVOID at all cost....I'm still thinking about the 10 I wasted on a platter full of garbage
I have never been so disappointed. Everything was awful from the greeting to the food. The wrap was nothing special my kebab shop is way nicer, the sweet potato fries were burnt and when I asked for some sauce to be able to eat the sweet potato fries I get an eye roll... I didn't return the food because didnt want to make any scene but I was put off completely by everything. should have checked the reviews! Time of visit 7.45 PM and if I took the time to make the review on the day and 15 min after I ate the food... you can easily tell how dissatisfied I was.
