Having found this beautiful store last month and purchased a fab Bluetooth Speaker, I wanted to purchase another for a gift. I called the store today and received great service from the young lady that I had previously met in the store who helped me choose another. I was able to purchase over the phone and it is being delivered to my home free of charge. Many thanks to all x

What amazing customer service! We first visited the shop five years ago to buy Glerups felt slippers, for both of us. This Christmas my wife bought me a new pair; I was delighted. Sadly on Monday I noticed that the heel stitching was becoming unraveled. So on Tuesday I photographed the slipper and contacted Hus & Hem. Here I am just two days later with a new pair delivered to our house. No hassle no problems explaining or having to return the original pair.
