Just visited for the first time! Excellent in every way; staff friendly and polite, venue clean and tidy, comfortable seating, pleasant outdoor and indoor environment. Moretti is on draft and it's ice cold! The food is absolutely superb. If you have Sunday lunch, there is a choice of pink, or well done for both beef and lamb. I had pink lamb with mint sauce...almost too much meat! The vegetables are crunchy. Desserts for the children were also superb. Complements to Steve, the chef! We've visited many places and this ranks right up there! Thank you, Wyvern! 5 stars from us!

Brilliant pub, very delicious chips and nice play area for children. Pub was looking brand new.
Visited The Wyvern last week whilst we were in the area viewing houses. On a scorching summer's day. The staff were attentive & friendly. Speedy service. Lovely pint. I was so impressed, we bought a place five minutes walk away. I'm looking forward to it becoming our local.
Very friendly clean pub. Food was good standard. Happy chatrimg whilst waiting for the meal rather than have ready meal in a few minutes brought out. Price for food fair and lovely and hot when it came out.
