I emailed within an hour of a property being advertised on Rightmove. They will only arrange viewings on ONE day, midweek, midday regardless of whether you have work to go and refuse to allow you to view a property any other time. The best I could get was requesting a video tour to which was initially agreed and now my emails are being ignored. All communication through Hendrie the ‘office manager’ and he cannot follow a simple email thread. Incredibly rude, appalling service and clearly only care about layering their pockets with money and not helping people who DESPERATELY need a home, find one. AVOID.

Took nearly 7 weeks to get my deposit back. No one ever replies when there’s a problem in the property. Constantly living with damp. Had a broken boiler for 2 months straight. Quick fix jobs to the point where a visitor got injured quite badly. When you move out, they try their best to pick faults in how you left the property to keep all of your money. Everyone is always in meetings. Lost count on how many times I have called & emailed and been ignored. All above made me spend even more money myself to live a standard life and set me back, I was there a month after I should have as no one told me the procedure for moving. Absolutely fine to start with but nothing but disappointment afterwards.

The worst experience ever. They never respond to any calls or emails, and will put off problems until you give up asking. Avoid them

Do yourself a favour and never sign with this “company” . Firstly don’t get fooled by Facebook reviews, they bribe people with a case of wine for a 5*review, they tried with us luckily we didn’t do it. I believe a 2.3-star google rating is more accurate. A team properties enter the house whenever they feel like it sometimes you’ll get a message on the day sometimes you won’t at all. The top floor room had a hole in the ceiling since October and on our moving out day it was still there. The room was an igloo during winter but according to A teams we’re overreacting the hole is only a size of a 50p. The heating in the house didn’t work properly but again we just don’t know how to use it. Another hole in the stairs getting bigger and bigger every day, not fixed, it’s not dangerous it is because of the house moving. The lights were left on by a team after viewings for hours as no one was in but it’s not their money they are wasting. I requested a Burglar alarm code as the property next door was broken into twice in a month but they don’t have it, Who has it then?! After several emails about repairs, one of the tenants got an email offering to happily pay for her removal van so she would move out – I don’t think I ever read something more unprofessional! I could go on about how bad of a company a team is but this should be enough.

I was stuck for somewhere to live after taking a new job in Leeds at short notice. A-Team were great and managed to show me around and agree a tenancy the same day I responded to their property to rent! Thank you :)
