Labour turn over rate must be near 40-60% annually, so many people walk in and out the door. Always a sign of a company with deep seeded issues.

Don’t ever work here , someone I know works here and she’s not happy with anything in this place , a person which never use to smoke now smokes , just shows how stressfull this place is. Why work in a place where not even the managers understand the advisers, no such things a fairness in this company at all, little mistakes and it’s a straight sack , no ifs or buts straight sack, not even one in that place can be trusted words always go around. It’s like a hire and fire scheme !!! they are doing , however they recruiting more people but have no place in the building for them , why recruit more ? , why not understand your advisers ? And the most Important question why look down at advisers?
The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. They don't read e-mails but reply to them! I have been asked so far 3 times for the very same document I sent 4 times already! They keep on asking same questions over and over. Even if you answer them again, they won't read it. They will just send another e-mail.
