Always have great items at this shop. We've been looking for a wall clock for our new kitchen and had seen this one on line. Went over today. The guy there was helpful and not pushy. And the clock fits perfectly.
Sam at the Leeds store - can't praise highly enough, his customer service is absolutely second to none. Sam goes above and beyond to ensure items have been delivered or tracked down. Brilliant asset- should give a masterclass in customer service
Great shop and excellent service with nothing too much trouble. The only problem...we could have spent a fortune there are so many items we could have bought and the wife would have ! Definitely be back there. Thank you Sam for all you help.
Shopped in the Leeds store last Friday and had excellent customer service from all the staff but especially Sam. We saw a set of large Gnomes that i liked but i wasn't going to purchase as we had traveled from Barnsley to Leeds on the bus for a day of shopping & lunch and wouldn't be able to get them home. After talking to Sam who also lives near me he offered to drop them off for me at a later date. Hows that for fabulous customer service. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Cannot say enough about how helpful and polite he and his staff were.
