I went into the surgery today only to see a ginger cat under a chair. People sitting waiting yet you cant have that many people in your own house from different houses.there were 4 people besides me in there. I dont expect to keep my family away and share a room with stange rs

Bad service. The receptionists are really disrespectful. If you want to know what I am talking about try to call them.

Even though there is no-one waiting in the clinic and no phones are ringing it is not possible to make an appoitment or speak to anybody... I have been calling for months to schedule an appoitment to get tested for diabetes and no-one is willing to help

Worst surgery ever see in Leeds .Not all of them but some receptionist are incompetent that’s why they don’t know how to talk politely with the people.

If you call at the busy times in the morning, the automated line will tell you, \You are number X in the call queue\. It eventually counts down to umber 1\, where you will then get a 45 second recorded message about when/why you should call, and THEN it will ring again and again. You will constantly be reminded by the recorded voice that you \are on hold\ - (spoiler: You're not. They're just not answering.) I'm sure they're very busy, and they've got a lot to do. But even if you call at 4-5pm, it's still a solid 15 minutes before someone picks up the phone, for you then to be told the only available appointment is in 3 weeks. If you're sat in the waiting area you can hear the phone ringing over and over again, with the numerous reception staff seemingly ignoring it. Having said that, when you do eventually get an appointment, it's pretty hit and miss whether you get a doctor that is helpful and respectful, or rude and dismissive. Can no longer request repeat prescriptions over the phone, has to be done via email apparently. Except they also refused via email, so now I have a 3 week wait for an appointment to request a repeat prescription. What a waste of an appointment.
