About a month ago I bought such a beautiful engagement ring recommended by the sales advisor Zoe Shepherd. She was wonderful and extremely helpful, she found me a ring within my budget and I was gobsmacked that I got the ring as such a reasonable price. Zoe was a great pleasure to deal with. Zoe made me feel comfortable and at ease as something this important can be nerve wracking. I also have to say that the sales staff in Albion Street are a million times nicer then the Berry's in VQ, the security guard Edgar was also a true gentleman too. Thank you Berry's the Mrs also loves the ring

Berrys sent me the wrong earrings. Fortunately I opened the gift wrapping (which I didn't ask for) before Christmas Day so at least I didn't give my wife the wrong earrings. You would think a Company would apologise profusely and rush the correct pair to you. No. Only on receiving back the wrong pair (worth no more than 30 to them) would they send out the correct ones. They don't even have a decent returns method: just go down to the post office and they'll send you a cheque for the cost. After complaining repeatedly about this, they reluctantly offered for Parcelforce to come and collect the wrong earrings. But they never showed up... They won't trust a customer to return a pair of cheap earrings; they value the possible loss of 30 more than their reputation which really sums this Company up.
