Completely unprofessional - didn't even bother to respond to an e-mail query through her own web site page about wanting to engage her services for careers advice. When someone obviously has no idea about or interest in even the very basics of running a service-based business, i.e responding to a potential customer, I think that gives a pretty good indication of the quality service that you could expect as a result - extremely poor in this case.
