The main issue is that you have to pay for your laundry which costs a lot and depending who you with its a challenge to get the kitchen clean. However, the bedrooms are nice and its a quiet place so you can have some peace.

I am living in the Briggs House in Leeds, and I am very satisfied with the student accommodation which has very clean and quiet environment. Quiet environment is very important for me because the quality of my sleep is not very good. In addition, stuffs here are all kind and nice.

Nice and clean student residence. Apartments are very cozy and the common areas are extremely useful

I've lived here during the course of my masters and I've had the best experience. The service has been great. The staff is efficient. The location is spot on if you study at the University of Leeds (however it's not too far from the city either). They have rooms and studio apartments.
