I placed an order a few months ago and although the customer service wasn’t great I was prepared to not write a negative review until today when I open the product and it clearly is not what I ordered. So initially I placed an order for a large bottle of ‘Kemi Oyl’ it took them close to a week to let me know it wasn’t in stock. Fair enough we are in a pandemic and there was no urgent need. They said they were expecting some smaller bottles in and would keep me updated. I specifically asked to be emailed and not called as my preferred method of communication. After not hearing anything for a little while I emailed them for an update. They said they had called me numerous times. In total I had one missed call from their number but were finally getting the product I had ordered in. So finally I received three small bottles of ‘Kemi Oyl’ after approximately 4-6 weeks. Now the issue comes with today as I open one of the bottles I immediately know the product inside the bottle is 100% NOT ‘Kemi Oyl’. I have been using this product for years and it has a very distinctive smell and feel. It makes no difference that the bottle is a couple of months old. I have had older bottles of the true product and it’s quality does not waiver. This is poor deceptive business practice and there is a problem with either yourselves or your supplier that you need to address urgently. Completely dissatisfied and disappointed.

Very reasonable prices but you have to choose the hair wisely , I suggest you use the seller for advices
Placed an order for 3 items and only received 1 of the items. I'm still waiting for my refund after over 2 months. Managed to speak to someone but I never received the confirmation of refund email as promised. Wish I never shopped with them. I've sent several emails to get my money back for orders i never received but i'm back to being ignored.
It was ok. Staff are not very helpful. The Chapel Allerton store is far better in terms of customer service.
