I'd recommend Coptrz to anyone because of the professional service, and incredibly helpful and friendly people who work there. They take so much time to explain everything, and calling in to have a chat about concerns or anything of the like is never an issue. You always feel like the most important customer. Great courses are offered at fair prices, and there is help all the way through.

I made an enquiry with the company as I was extremely interested in a product and service that they are advertising. For which, the cost was around 6 to 6.5k. I was advised after an initial 17 minute conversation by the person I was speaking to that he would send over the information that I required after the call for me to review over the weekend. As I did not receive it I tried mid to late afternoon on the Friday to get hold of them by telephone to no avail although I tried at least five times. I then left a Facebook message with them over the weekend to receive a fairly unhelpful response on the Monday morning. I’ve subsequently called them and I was put on hold for about seven minutes before being cut off. Extremely unsatisfied.

Just adding a little more to this review. Now I have completed my first purchase of a drone from these guys. Like my original review (about the training) I will say the sales was just as great. I started to deal with Sam a few years back and he has been a fountain of help and support, now it’s onto Ryan and again like Sam, has been very customer focused. I am very much looking forward to dealing with this company again be it training or purchasing and hopefully servicing my new equipment. Well all done today with the exam, I was not excited about this for two major reasons, first a total Zoom novice but my examiner was very patient and was there to assist (Thank you), second I would much rather the face to face meetings as you can learn so much more being in a classroom, due to this strange 2020 year I am actually delighted that we all indeed had the chance to get the exams done online during this time. I would like to take this opportunity to thank all who are involved with the training it was a fantastic experience. Looking forward to meeting a few more people during the flight portion. Attended the PfCO course in Rugby. Very good course. Dan Wilson was very professional and knowledgeable. Good course material. Venue was superb. Lunches were incredible hot buffets, tea/coffee always available. Great support with the Ops Manual. Please to say I passed the exam and flight test. Many thanks to Coptrz!

I had to cancel my course at short notice. The Staff were very kind and helpful in dealing with this. They said they would refund me no problem. As soon as I'm able I shall be booking with them.It was really nice to have some good old customer service.

Booked a course with these guys, paid in full upfront and in good faith, unfortunately due to serious family circumstances I had to cancel giving over 14 days notice. The company refused to pay me the full money back and only refunded 50 %. Watch these guys as seem to think its ok and an easy way to make money should you have to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. Also pretty sure they would have filled my space on the course and made another full fee. Beware.
