Absolutely 5 star place to live. We’ve rented for over 10 years in various cities and countries and this is by far the best. Reasonably priced, conveniently located, very safe, and well-equipped with a gym and lounges. The court is a stunning building to live in (think monastic arches, sweeping Hogwarts staircases, and 5 metre windows), and the gardens has excellent modern amenities. Huge benefit is that Katy’s friendly and helpful team are always on site, and there’s 24/7 security and an on site handyman. Granted the add ons such as washing and parking can be a bit expensive but the overall price is excellent value for money. A couple of the reviews here are silly (3 stars because it’s “a bit old”? It was renovated 4 years ago and renting something this elegant would cost a fortune in London and have a waiting list of years). We had a great 3 years, would fully recommend.
