If I could give no stars i would temporarily closed its a joke they haven't been open for over 2 years. People are still waiting for them to honor the vouchers they sold years ago. Customers service is shocking.

What a Great place, very fresh and clean. I visited this tearoom on a day out to Leeds from Hull. The food was very tasty and the portion sizes are great value for money, not the standard small sandwiches serves at other tearooms. The cakes were fresh and moist and so were the scones. The staff were polite and ready to greet and to seat us to our table. The beverages we ordered can at a good temperature. It’s 5 stars from me

Absolutely shocking. Not even a tea room only served burgers and no sandwiches. The burgers were cheap and like one you get from a takeaway. Established as a tea room but that's not provided with the service. The quality was bad and we got our cakes first and they were on the table for 45 minutes until we got our burgers. The breakfast tea was not traditional tea it had fruit in it and not what you would expect as a normal cup of tea. The staff also had no knowledge of the products they were selling as we asked what was in the chocolate tin and they didn't know. Bad experience. Only good point was the staff were decently polite. Would not recommend.

Had afternoon tea. The tea was good although the selection of tea was limited. It was nice that there were a few cups of tea in the pots. Service wasn't great for an afternoon tea but I suspect they were a bit short staffed today. Sandwiches, salad and desserts were of good quality. Would definitely come back considering price. The location does look good too.

What a lovely place to dine in. The Staff were so friendly and polite. The manager was so nice too. The tearoom was busy and everyone seemed content. I love the piano and the clean surroundings. Food was good too

Wow - what a gem of a place in the centre of Huddersfield. Excellent afternoon tea served by friendly staff in a superb setting. Good choices on the menu - our party chose from the traditional and the Eastern menu. Definitely a touch of class, tasty food in generous amounts, tea made to specific orders. I have been there on two occasions and had a different selection of cakes etc. each time. I'd definitely recommend this tea shop.

i can see google has deleted recent posts about avoiding investing in the franchise. I will continue to raise awareness about investing in a Creams British Luxury franchise. I purchased a franchise from the Huddersfield brothers and handed thousands of pounds to the 2. Unfortunately no shop no site. I became very clear that i was not only one they have done this to. Several others came forward with the same experience. The business plan is incorrect and fabricated business model . Get yourself a good lawyer and plenty funds should you purchase a franchise.

Nice place to go to have a light meal and drinks/ snack. Place is quite nice looking. Sucks they don’t do delivery (credit card machine doesn’t work was the excuse)
