I am an essential worker, froze mine and my husbands gym membership through Covid and the gym closure. David Lloyd continued to take money from our account, then sent me debt letters for 500 even though they had only been open for 2 months. When I questioned this, I was told by the club, all debt had been passed to a third party. They accepted responsibility and cancelled the debt. However, it appears this happened to a LOT of members. Scaring them with debt letters and harassing phone calls from a third party for hundreds of pounds. This happened to me and 4 other members that I know of . Shocking customer care!

Love it here, I only come on my husbands guest passes but would love to join, its just so expensive for the time I would spend here. The food is delicious too in the cafe/restaurant!
