If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not use this company! They lost the delivery, assured of the right colour uniform when I asked before order and when lost box finally arrived it was thrown over my garden fence and it was wrong colour. And as been missing for 2 weeks was too late. When tried to return the order they refused! Said it was out of time for return but it wasn’t. Buyers beware!
I was really concerned after reading these reviews as I didn't receive a confirmation email. But after contacting them on Facebook they replied to me straight away and the scrubs I ordered turned up on time. They are really good quality for the price. Customer service could have been better as they didn't answer the phone or email but overall I am happy with the purchase!
PLEASE, DO not order from here ! I t is not a genuine website. I spent 41.57 on ordering a tunic and a pair of trousers, however I have not received my items yet. It has been over 1 month now. I tried to contact them and ask for my money back..no luck at all... ........................................................................... Reply : I could not see a way to reply on your comment that is why I am putting my reply here.... Noone has sent me an update email regarding my order. I have tried to contact you several times by phone and email without any success. I have also kept checking the status of my order on the website and it was still in process..... It has passed more than 1 month without any response from your side and without any updates on the status of my order. I did receive my order few days ago after I rised a dispute by calling my bank as I did not believe your website is genuine as nowadays there are a lot of spam involved. I do not think this is a very professional way of dealing with your customers! If you want to have a happy customers and people to come back to you, you have to work more on the customer services. I can only thank you for sending my order at the end but I will not come back to order from you again.
I loved the quality of the tunics I ordered Would recommend ordering the next size up though for comfort I recieved excellent help from customer service
