Extremely disappointed in this dental surgery. The staff comes across very rude esp. one nurse and one of the dentists. They have zero tolerance with children and wouldn't shy away from treating you badly as well. Gina wants you to be a robot; come on sit in the chair, don't move don't say anything. She's extremely rude and the nurse with her is also the same. She has zero tolerance for children. God forbid if your child behaves difficult because they are scared of the dental treatment and injections, she will make you regret for visiting the surgery and for trying to get dental help. I do not recommend this surgery at all especially if you have children.

Horrible experience...I joined the practice being a nervous patient. My first experience with a dentist was great with her referring me to an extraction centre. That’s when things went bad..after 6 months I rang back because my teeth were getting worse just to be told the referral had never been sent. I asked to be seen to remove a tooth that was agony to be told they couldn’t see me. I booked in with an emergency dentist for that. I received no appointment, yet when I called for an appointment I was told I’d been removed from their books. I asked for this looking at and was assured the manager would call back 6 weeks later still no call and still no dentist. Rubbish practice.
Myself and my family had been with this practice since the early days when it started as Baggley and Marker Dental Practice. We used to get a friendly and personal service which is really important when you visit the dentist as many people don't like going to see one. Since the practice was taken over recently it has totally changed you get a very impersonal service and feel your on a conveyor belt. The dentist downstairs Emily I believe her name is comes across as rude when she is trying to explain something to you which makes you as a patient feel even more uncomfortable. The other dentist Gina is very abrupt and just wants you to get to the point so she can get you out of the chair as soon as possible. Due to this we have all moved to a dentist further away from our home as we would rather do this than dread every visit. I would not recommend this dentist to anyone.
Had 2 visits to this dentist due to having had an accident & needing work done. I hadn't been to a dentist for many years due to been too nervous to go. I would highly recommended.The dentist & his assistant put me at ease from the start. He explained everything to me.. Definatly will be staying with them & having regular check ups.
Brilliant and one of the best dentists in Leeds. Regular check ups for me and kids. Always very polite.
