This centre is a joke, I will not advise anyone to go there. I got failed today with 5 minus faults and when my driving instructor ask that man why did he wrote down fail when it should be a pass, that man replied that because " because it’s like that " and walk away. They access you depending on their mood and honestly that is a big shame.

Member of staff shared mine, and other peoples test results with her daughter, who then didn't keep the information to herself. I have had it joked to me that this member of staff knows my brother's name, date of birth and post code off by heart because he'd failed his test that many times. It is incredibly upsetting, unprofessional and frankly unacceptable.
