From start to finish, I have to take my hat off to Andrew for his excellent customer service skills, knowledge, passion and general ethic. This was my first experience buying my own car from a main dealership, which I was slightly cautious of due to hearing the generalised \horror dealership stories\ of pushy sales tactics, inflated prices, buying unnecessary packages etc. but to my absolute delight, Andrew did not fill a single one of those cases. He was an absolute credit to Evans Halshaw as a brand throughout the entire process, and it's thanks to him I decided to take the plunge and buy my first performance hot hatch, the i30N Performance. Andrew took time out of his day on two occasions to take me on a test drive before I made a definite decision, which was massively appreciated as I was genuinely unsure about purchasing a brand new car and, being 21, its a big decision at this age to make without being 100% sure; Andrew was not pushy, did not demand any deposits etc which definitely sold me on the car and the dealership/brand as a whole. I will definitely be bringing my i30N to Hyundai Leeds for servicing and maintenance, and will definitely be returning with family and friends to purchase another car when the time comes.

The whole process from initial enquiry to receiving the car only took two weeks. We dealt with Andy at Leeds who was very helpful from the first time we contacted him. It was a pleasure to deal with him as he came over as friendly and positive (without any of the flashy 'sales talk' or pressure to buy other products).
