We visited on a Sunday recently - it wasn't particularly busy but our food took absolutely ages to arrive. Our order had to be taken twice for some reason too. The food was nice, but given the overall experience, we wouldn't visit again.

Quick and pleasant service from lovely staff. The two seating areas are bright and clean and follow a farmhouse theme. The food is very very good with the breakfast options much larger than expected and the lunch etc a good size. I will say it is quite expensive if we're not specific but if we consider the wide selection of specialist menu items and various dietary considerations, this is understandable. I'd heartily recommend Filmore for a quick bite any time of day but I especially love breakfast and a coffee.

Lovely food and friendly service. Reason I've not given a five star is due to the price and the set up of the place. It's quite easy to spend 15 on two hot drinks and two slices of cake. The food is great but it's a bit steep price wise. In terms of the restaurant it's a bit like sitting in a broom cupboard. Whenever anyone walks in you get semi-jostled. I think they should upgrade to a larger place in order to increase comfort levels which could then justify the price a little more. Nice place but better places in Chapel A with like for like quality, greater comfort and lower price.

Nice food however despite the place being quiet, the time for waiting for the food to come from the order was around 25 minutes, during which a party on the next table was told their food would be delayed as "we've run out of salmon so we're just nipping to M&S for some" not from thetrule 101 book of customer care...... Plenty of GF and other dietary options are available.
Food was nice and arrived promptly, but the service was average at best.
