Recently refurbished. Clean, pretty neat medium sized arcade with some cool games. Can easily spend 20 in that arcade if you're not careful

Great family fun time! Go with a friend too! Choose how many games you'd like to play and book your timeslot. Best to book in advance as can become booked up on the day. Easily book online using a card. Your confirmation reference is then sent immediately to your email which is your ticket/receipt. Then just turn up on the day and time you booked and you're all set to play! (arrive a little earlier than the time you booked will give you chance to settle in and maybe buy a drink whilst you're waiting for your game lane). Lovely atmosphere and very nice layout. All gaming lanes use modern advanced computer and robotic technology to make your experience as enjoyable as possible. Wide range of different weighted and finger hole sized bowls for you to choose the ones which feel the best for you! All balls are colour coded too for quick identification. Highly recommended for a fun and healthy time for all the family. Even very young children can play this game! They can pick the lightweight bowls and there are also runner launch slides for them to use to make it easier for them. Hear them squeal with delight as they place their ball onto the runner lunch and watch it roll down and along into the game lane towards those skittles!

Generally a very favourable experience that we've done as individuals and for parties. You wouldn't want to visit with a hangover as it's a pretty noisy place but you could top up your intake at the on-site bar I guess to get you through it. Staff members generally really good despite having to put up with the madness the general public brings. Current COVID response seems slightly worse than how it was earlier in the year and staff hover around towards the end of your game so they can clean things down before the next people arrive. Not a bad thing obviously but maybe having a 5 minute window between games for this would be better than trying to shame people into finishing early?

I come here with my partner a lot and have a couple of games of bowling. The prices are decent and the staff are always welcoming! I even enjoy the little arcade machines they have, if you earn enough tickets you can get gifts! They also serve food and drink.

Visited here on a Monday Night, quite busy for a Monday, The Place Itself is nicely done up with quite a bit of modern decor. Staff definitely need some retraining in the bar and especially in the American Diner Section. Everything was good but I believe the staff is a real let down.

Happy place full of happy memories. Love going to the arcade with the kids, would be good if there were more games though. Love bowling too although it is expensive. Okay for an occasional treat.

Dreadful experience. Place only had 1 member of staff completely rushed off her feet and grumpy ( cant even blame her it was busy) my 3yo went to use the hand sanitizer and it spread his eye he cried and there was no one there to point us to where the toilets were... place was dirty and unsupervised... would not recommend
