Vegan and vegetarian options. This place is very busy and sometimes there's a queue for a table. I had the tofu scrambled eggs as a recommendation from the waitress and it was ok I think what my friends had was probably nicer but my toddler tried some and she loved it! I think I would go back and try the other dishes. It is quite expensive for some of the options like my dish was about 7 for one slice of toast with the scrambled tofu. The service was very good.

Tastiest spice chai latte I've ever had. Lovely staff. Local crafts on sale at great prices. Yummy cakes. What's not to like!
I've now been to IF for food on two separate occasions. The food has been particularly good on both occasions with eggs well cooked and the granola was supurb and coffee was perfect I would agree with other points that at times the service does seem abit delayed, and they seem rushed off their feet as a result and food often arrives in stages rather than together. Lasty expect to wait for a table there is often a queue backing up call lane! But overall it is worth the wait
Great little cafe, one of the best vegan breakfasts I've had and nice atmosphere. Great to find a breakfast cafe that is actually open at breakfast time and an owner that keeps the opening times on maps up to date so you don't arrive to find the place closed.
