Absolutely shocking. Hands down the worst car i have ever owned. The car was mis sold to me on a couple of areas. The sat nav is just pointless. The fuel consumption is obscene. The stop start is far too intrusive. The auto gearbox is dim-witted and dangerous in some situations. I was speaking to the sales manager to get the issues sorted but the contact stopped, the only thing he seemed bothered about was that the car wasn’t properly valeted when i picked it up (half eaten semi fosillised sausage found in door pocket), didn’t seem bothered about the rest of the issues. Now the parking sensors barely work and changing sensitivity does nothing as it resets when you turn the ignition off. Worst of all though since the colder weather started the doors are catching and sticking, the passenger door is especially bad. Very poor from a supposed “luxury” brand. Wish i had gone back to Ford, better build quality & service. Worst mistake of my life buying a car from here.
Bought a used Infiniti from the Stockport branch and had a couple of issues with it. I live in Leeds so the Leeds branch said it was OK to take it to them, and they sorted the car and valeted it free of charge. Top class service, lovely people.
