I would not recommend Ison Harrison in Crossgates for family matters. If I knew then what I know now ( 11 months and 4 court hearings later) I would use Eatons or Makin Dixon or a Henry Hyams and instruct a barrister from day one to represent me. I used them following a separation and they failed to give me good advice from the start which was the the at time when I needed strong objective legal advice from some with experience.I have since spent a significant amount of money and many months trying to correct issues resulting from bad initial/lack of advice. Furthermore, I was let down by poor admin, lack of holiday cover, lengthy delays and having complained about this I don't feel it was taken seriously, brushed off with out recognition of the impact on my family's life and offered a nominal sum of money - a reflection of Ison Harrison's values . Money not families or people. I would recommend using Deborah Shields from Park lane chambers in Leeds from the start, which might seems like overkill but if you start out wrong then it's very difficult to sort out later. Don't make the mistake I did and assume that you are in safe hands because they " know what they are doing " and simply accept kind words.
I would highly recommend the Ison Harrison team. Our house buying process went really fast and our main point of contact - Jordan Grimbley - was a superstar and helped us deal with a couple of issues in a really friendly and professional manner. Jordan was very on the ball and would respond to queries really quickly which made it easier to keep thinks moving forward. He kept us informed the whole way along and made it really easy to understand the process which was very new to us as first time buyers.

The exciting stage in life happened when i bought my first home. Ison Harrison solicitors was recommended to me by family and friends. I received a lot of support. So much so it was almost effortless. I dealt mostly with Jordan Grimbley. He was always easy to contact by phone or email and worked well around my busy work life and escalated and issues or questions i had. I cant imagine receiving better service from anywhere else and will recommend to all who require there services. Competitive prices compared to most solicitors out there.

Having been involved in many property transactions both personally & professionally I dont make an easy client! Ison Harrison acted on my purchase of my new home, Paige Godrich did a fabulous job, she came back to me quickly every time I got in touch and got everything in a position to exchange prior to her holiday as promised. She gave the file to Jordan Grimbley to exchange whilst she was away and then the other side started creating problems and Jordan has been fantastic at getting it to finally exchange going above and beyond for me. I cannot fault my experience with Paige and Jordan, their speed, their patience and their understanding that it is always the most important thing going on for the client and they both handled it amazingly. Great job guys, you are an absolute credit to the company !
