There is only one toilet in the whole building. Located at the rear. The automated ordering machines are not very easy to use. If you touch basket to see what you have ordered it sends the order to the kitchen without showing you your order or asking you if you have finished ordering. When you cancel it you have to start all over again. The wait time for receiving your order is about 10 minutes (I have visited 4 times since it has opened at this location. I don’t think they have food ready to serve? It must be cooked to order ? As with all restaurants I suppose the food you receive will not resemble the food images on their website. On three visits I have had the spaghetti and there was literally two pieces of chopped off dog on each occasion. Image on the website shows a lot more. The chicken is very very dry. I believe they use frozen chicken as the bones are very black which is the case when you see fry frozen chicken. My partner enjoyed their burger & I enjoyed the spaghetti, even though it was like a half portion to the one shown on their website. Overall their menu is overpriced compared to the likes of KFC & McDonalds. Visit date Sat 5th June 2021

Great experience at the new Jollibee in Leeds overall. Friendly staff who were very accommodating in rainy weather. Tasty food with a Filipino twist, especially the chicken tenders (would recommend). Inside, the queue was less Covid secure , but this probably a result of a popular opening day, and am sure this would improve over the coming weeks as the footfall settles down. Would definitely want to come back to check out more of the menu.

Went with my wife, a Filipina, to try the chicken wings and gravy which were tasty. The hot dog and spaghetti was good too and the pineapple drink a refreshing change. Busy reflecting the popularity of the food I guess or its discovery by the Filipino population looking for a taste of home. I would recommend it.

This is the first time I have been to Jolliebee ever. The first impression of the restaurant is very good, well decorated and clean. The self service machine is not very easy to use. When I have added my order into the basket, I have accidentally sent the order to the kitchen straight away before I can check what is being ordered. Usually you have a chance to check the order before finalising the transaction. I couldnt cancel and reorder. Then I ordered my drink at the counter instead to avoid confusion. My order has been prepared literally in 30 seconds which was good. But the downside is when I ordered my drink at the counter, despite the cashier shouted the order, there were 3 people just chatting in the kitchen plus another person just filled up the her own drink. The cashier has to make the drink for me. I am thankful for the cashier's swift service, I just felt it is not very efficient service. May be I am wrong but it is my perception as a customer. The Jolly Spegetti I ordered was good, tasted just like typical East Asian fast food Spegetti Bonognese. Also had 2 pieces of Chicken Joy, it was okay. But I find the price is relatively high for a simple small portion of Spegetti (4.39) and two pieces of chicken (4.49). I would give them credit for giving me a whole wing and a drumstick which are the best for Asians. In KFC, you can get 3 pieces of chicken for 4.19. You make your own judgement about the price. The overall dinning experience is good, may be just need a few changes. But unless it comes out with something different or make their prices more attractive, I would not make a trip especially for Jolliebee.

Vile meat and bad oil. I couldn't eat it, tried the hot dog, burger and chicken, undercooked chips I ate a few. The pineapple drink was nice but for 12 I expect to be able to eat it. Dry hotdog bread and flaking dry chicken. Burger has no salad and is tiny. Astounded it's still open.

The tropical burger is amazing. I can recommend that one for everybody. The chicken tenders are way too overpriced as you receive some small piece of chicken for the price of a car. The place is small for the tremendous demand what it has and for the number of customers it has to serve. The Bolognese was too salty for me and the hot dog was blend. The pineapple juice is really good !!!

The food was great, if you want an affordable meal that tastes great I couldn't rate it highly enough. However behind the tills is a blonde lady who wouldn't stop yelling at her fellow employees, you could sense the tension. I just felt bad for everyone else in the kitchen and as a result the queue got longer and people were left waiting. It almost put me off dining inside.
