Would highly recommend Jordan Bikes. The service has been nothing short of exemplary by everyone who has dealt with my recent purchase. This is my first bike and I chose Jordan Bikes as they came across as a credible business to deal with. My assumption on the company has been truly confirmed. The bike I chose had a small fault on it that wasn't dangerous and probably wouldn't been picked up on by someone who was not mechanically minded. Their technicians noticed the fault during the checks they carry out on the bike before it is released. The guys could have simply tuned a bind eye and then offered to sort the problem at a later date if it developed into something more serious. They didn't and wouldn't let me take delivery of the bike until this was sorted. They were totally honest about it and informed me straight away. The bike has been delivered now and has been great to ride. They're just a great bunch to deal with and I will be using them for services etc in the future as I'm very confident in their work and their honest approach. Many thanks to Will, Nick and the team.

Top Class service, bought a Speed Triple online and over the phone, never seen the bike in person but received an excellent video and went through the details of the bike and also pointed out any imperfection, 24hrs later the bike was on my driveway and i honestly couldn't be happier, stunning bike and stunning service, thanks to Jo and team for an amazing turnaround, I would never have any concern buying a Bike from these guys, in person or online.
