Paid 15 for a shallow family pod. Enjoyed the experience of having a private space and it felt quite big as well. Covid secure and well organised. I think 45 minutes for adults lane swimming is fine but we could have done with an hour. Also, cost was about double normal for one adult and two young children.

Been a couple of times recently. Once the staff were very unhelpful and the second time much better. It's great just the changing rooms really need to be updated. They just always feel grotty and old. And the baby pool needs a bit of freshening up on the tiles etc. I think it's been like that since I was a kid

i went to play badminton with few friends and there was a dance class going on in the same hall with very loud music we asked kindly if they can turn down the volume little bit so that we can hear each other talking but the dance instructor refuse. We talked to the staff but they were no help at all. It was the worse badminton game we have ever played i could not even hear myself think and we all end up with a bad headache in the end. We try to give our feedback at reception but the staff try to ignore us and we were waiting at the reception to be seen but they took too long so we left. Never Recommend this place for badminton
