Pleasant staff, a range of seating options that cater for all (e.g. high wooden tables, low leather sofas), a good selection of drinks and food. It is not too expensive and you can park close by (usually).
Great food - especially the chorizo in red wine and the cod loin with saffron!
As someone who lives between Spain and England, this was about as authentic Spanish as a trip to Benidorm. The venue itself is nice and has a Spanish feel to it, however the food was extremely average/almost poor - the king prawns in garlic and olive oil consisted of 4 thawed prawns that had been heated in a dash of oil and a bit of garlic and olive oil. It’s my favourite dish in Spain and this attempt was appalling. The calamari was overcooked and over bartered (probably frozen). Patatas Bravas was meh, and the Sangria tasted like orange juice and not much else. Everything else was forgettable. The service was very, very good I must say, but the food would stop me going there ever again
