Don't get me wrong, they're doing their best to provide a service under challenging circumstances (It's Sep 2020), and staff are helpful and friendly, but the library is only a pale shadow of what it was in pre-covid days. It's pretty basic, most of the building is closed, you can take out and return books, use the computers - and that's about it. Right now, I reluctantly have to say you're probably better off waiting until things get back to some semblance of normality.

This place is amazing, extraordinarily amazing. The book collection is unbelievable, and in so many different languages, including Arabic. The membership program and borrowing system is very helpful, and their android app is user-friendly. They also have a massive digital library and an impressive audio-book library. They also have a nice art library. They organize regular talks and cultural events, have a nice coffee shop with its own reading area and you can use one of the computers to log in into the internet for free. They also have a free paper scanning service, and paper-printing services (paid) and you can print in colour if you want.
Amazing, the quite rooms are not quite good as some people can't shut their mouth. other than that the library is fab.
A very comfortable and quiet place that can read, write and research as well, there are many services such as free Wi-Fi and free access to the computer and a dedicated park for cars
