AEGIS is a fantastic place for all the family , the instructors are brilliant and make you feel welcome from the first moment you arrive. Anybody can train so it doesn't matter if you are 3 or 63 there are programs to suit all ages and ability. I can't recommend AEGIS highly enough for anyone who is considering martial arts .
