Whole experience dealing with Conner from Lexus Leeds was effortless and stress free. I can honestly say it was the easiest car purchase I have made, down to communication, negotiation and helpfulness. Conner was professional yet delivered a friendly personal service. He understood exactly what I was looking for out of the deal. He went out of his way to deliver on a day that suited me, was prompt in returning calls and most of all was not pushy like ‘old school’ car salesmen, a pleasure to do business with. We bought a new UX from Lexus Leeds and recommend both the car and the dealership! We love the self charging hybrid engine and the model that we chose has some great features including heads up display. The team are really good. Nothing is too much trouble. Really good experience on the first service of my NX300. All went well. I signed up for the prepaid three services at the Leeds Lexus garage. After I collected the car I noticed that I had a pale blue hue on both front seats on my ivory leather. Luckily, this was easily removed with a damp cloth. I informed the receptionist of this which I feel could only be from the overalls of the service team.
