If you want the worrying to stop, it starts with Lowell. They are friendly and caring. They care about you not your money. I feel so much better after talking to them and their website is great if you don’t feel up to talking to someone, everything can be done there. Stay safe everyone!!

Lowell have certainly changed their way of doing things in getting debts paid. Gone are the intimidating colour schemes of old and in place are clear, calming colours to show \everything is alright and we will help you\. In fairness, although I detest this company, the website is easy to use and for you to set up your account and getting things paid. All I would add and the thing that stopped me giving it full stars is that the original letter that they sent invites you to use their online budget calculator which is a useful tool and helps you to determine the best amount to pay, if you can find it. I had to search around the website when it would've been so much more helpful if it was on the front page and I feel it would help people come forward a lot more to pay their debts if this simple little thing was tweaked.

I hate ringing Finance companies especially when I don't believe the debt is fair (but that's another story that O2 refuse to address). The person I spoke to was very fair under the circumstances and helped us come to a 'mutual agreement' which was much more acceptable and he understood our position completely. If you have to ring a finance company I'd definitely recommend these guys for their service over others that don't give a damn!

My phone call this morning was taken by a Lady named Emma, from the moment Emma answer my call too the very end of the call she displayed nothing but care, politeness, understanding & professionalism. I found Emma extremely helpful, not only did she make sure that I was comfortable with the repayment offer she also made sure it was something that I definitely could afford. I want too thank Emma, not only for her professionalism but for her compassion, politeness & friendliness I now feel a lot more confident & positive about working towards a long awaited DEBT FREE future!!!

Money not growing on the tree .I brought I phone5 from Vodafone 5 years before. Was monthly payment 36.00 . Two months my Bill's came normal. But 3. Month I have 265 was december. To much money . I havent call international or spend internet that much. I said Vodafone I need to see detail bill. 2 time I call but they didn't send. But I paid before Christmas .because I wanted go to new year without debt. And after one month I have another bill like 365.00 and they said air charge. Sorry but I wont pay that money . And now lowel you want 1.198. I wont pay. Even if I know I will go to present or die.
