No fresh ingredients used at all... duck in plum, no fresh duck breast, chicken and pineapple, like strips of boiled chicken, tinned pineapple. Those that have given this place 5 stars, where do you eat!!!! Any chefs eaten here think its ok, please, please let me know so I can avoid your venue. Poor, very poor.

Absolutely disgusting service. Waited 2 hours for my delivery only for it to turn up and be wrong. Called the restaurant to tell them and they were rude obnoxious and just laughed about it. Called numerous times only to be hung on up bad service DO NOT RECOMMEND AND AFTER YEARS OF LOYAL CUSTOM WILL NEVER EVER GO HERE AGAIN. So much for trying to retain customers when there's a pandemic on and there begging for business. Your a disgrace lucky house.

Delivery is really terrible.... waited 3 hours and still nothing despite ringing and being told on its way. Would definitely say order elsewhere than here!

What a complete waste of time Having placed an order at 18:15 we were told it would be about an hour. 3 hours later and still no delivery ( it never arrived). We phoned 3 times to ask where the food was, and every time we were lied to. If you cant meet an order then be honest and say so !! Don't waste your time with this poor excuse for a take away.

Food is good, but delivery is completely inconsistent. Either 30 mins early or over an hour late. Too often recently it's been late and when phoned, staff weren't incredibly helpful.
