Service with a great big This is the fourth car I have bought from Luscombe's and have recommended them to others. It is a real pleasure to buy from them. There is no pressure to buy, the staff are always friendly and accommodating and will help you make the right choice. Personally, I am a skeptical about Car dealerships. However, my better half was really keen on a Suzuki Swift. I work very close to the dealership, so gave them a visit. Fast forward 10 days and we now own a Suzuki Swift! I personally dealt with Tony Smith and he was great. Low pressure and thorough. I would highly recommend Luscombe if you are in the market for a new or used car!

We bought a car from them. Later on for a little body repair took the car to a car body workshop. We were told, although it is a very good work, but this car had been in an accident, and side door had been damaged in the accident, then repaired. We realise this three years later. So we thought what's the point after three years knowing this. Just never again with these guys.

I called today morning to arrange a view for Hyundai Tucson. I came earlier than expected time I said. Have been served straight away. I checked car and was happy to proceed documentation process. Fazz Ahmed was very polite lad and professional. He explained everything going through paperwork. Everyone was polite, friendly and helpful there and very professional during current hard times. Really good experience, Graham and Andy looked after us. We didn't feel pressured at any point to either buy a car or take credit. We felt safe, the cars we looked at all had covers over the steering wheel and handbrake, Staff used face masks and everything was very clean. We are delighted with our car and really happy with the service received at Luscombe's. Would definitely recommend them.
