Nice hot food but the attitude of the manager on duty was appalling, questioned the price as extra items were on the order we didn't require but her attitude and the way she spoke to us was very very poor. Left very unhappy.

If you are ordering from Uber Eats, feel free to get 10 off using my code eats-guncvr. Usually order deliveries from Uber Eats although you can also place your order on the McDonald's app & click I'm here once you've arrived at the location of your store. I'd advise anyone to ask for their fries without salt as they are usually extremely salty, plus often they're cold. They'd have to make a fresh batch with no salt for you meaning you'd get hot fries. Feel free to requesting for no tomato or mayonnaise on certain items for example, they're helpful at trying to accommodate your requirements. If you're just ordering in store or through the drive thru, always check you've got what you ordered prior to leaving, I've forgotten to do so in the past & got home to realise there's an item or 2 missing. If ordering through Uber eats, I'd request that your cold drinks especially milkshakes & any Mcflurry desserts etc come in a separate bag. I've had many orders where the Mcflurry is like liquid! If this happens, feel free to complain through uber eats & you may receive money off your next order. I've had a full order wrong in the past & they didn't have any problems refunding me. Normally pretty quick however there are occasions where you do have to be parked up as do a lot of others, with only 2 order bays (often occupied by someone) it can be very difficult to find a parking spot especially when at the moment it's drive through only.
The kids love it but the site and car park are so tight, it's generally chaos outside, no matter what time you go
Food usually standard McDonald’s order and usually hot/warm with friendly staff. Because it’s on a busy ring road there’s usually a bit of a wait, hence the 4 stars.
