I was really impressed with the service I recently received from Meridian Security. One of my Avocet ABS Ultimate cylinder locks that I purchased from them became 'faulty' (it turned out not to be a faulty product) so I contacted the company and the customer service I received was excellent. I was put through to John Taylor and he immediately sent out a temporary replacement lock for me to use in my front door so that I could send my faulty lock in for inspection and repair. My lock was repaired quickly and sent back to me. I recommend this company highly. Thanks Meridian Security.

Disappointed. Requested 2 keys to be cut, as I have previously done when Tennant has lost keys. Have lost the security card numbers of keys ( 7 years since meridian fitted the locks ). Options given to me over the phone was to get meridian to fit new locks or try else where to get their keys cut.

We inherited a security system installed by Meridian when we moved house. We booked in a service of the system after discussing best course of action to resolve some faults. Really friendly and helpful over the phone, booked a time slot then we moved it a day later. Nothing was a problem. The engineer turned up inside allotted timeslot. Luke was respectful of our home, knowledgeable and a credit to the company. He serviced the system, supplied user instructons and efficiently resolved all the issues. From our experience, Meridian offer the service everyone hopes for but seldom receives. We would not hesitate to recommend.
