I appointed MET to support with with the recruitment of a marketing account manager after struggling to recruit for the role myself. MET took the time to listen to the type of candidate I wanted and made sure they understood the culture of my business and the type of candidate I needed to support future growth plans. MET immediately got to work searching out the right candidate and found someone that couldn't have been any closer to the brief. As the business has grown again we have since used their services a second time for the appointment of an account executive. Again, a fantastic service and we now have another fantastic addition to the team. MET are now my recruitment partner of choice when it comes to filling marketing and PR related roles and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.
