We dish up classic Indian food – including all the curries you know and love plus a few lesser known specialties – but we present it through sociable small plates, designed to be shared or sampled so you can get a taste not just of one dish but many! We do this because we want our guests to explore the range of flavours, textures and traditions that we employ to make our food. We are passionate about proper Indian food, and we make it in the right way – we just serve it up a little differently from other Indian eateries. You’ll find our stylish but casual venue just across the street from the art school in the city centre – we’re waiting for you!

I am very disappointed with my recent set of acrylics. I had them done last Wednesday (the day before lockdown) and hoped they would last a few weeks. I was happy with how they looked when I first had them done however, within a day the nail varnish had started to chip (and has got gradually worse and worse) and then today one of the nails has already fallen off. Considering it has only been a week since I had them done I am appalled at the quality of them. I would expect this if I'd had them done at a cheaper place; but considering I paid 52.50 for them (it was falsely advertised as 45 on the website) I think it is completely unacceptable that they are already in such a bad state! This is the most I have ever paid for my nails, yet it is the poorest quality I have ever experienced. I have been to much cheaper places and they have lasted a minimum of 3 weeks. I shall definitely not be getting my nails done here again! For such a high price they should be offering an exceptional standard, yet this was below average. I feel as though I have completely wasted my money. UPDATE: since I posted this 2 days ago 3 more nails have fallen off!!! I am absolutely appalled at the quality of these nails. This should not happen after such a short space of time when I have paid 52.50!!

Always come here for my nails doing and get lots of compliments on them from my friends. Sophie is lovely and she always does a great job and comes up with colours for me when I’ve got no inspiration. Highly recommend!

Had my nails done, I was really happy with the job done but then they broke within the space of 2 weeks, the price does not match the quality, this was the first time I’ve had acrylics done here but there have been times when Ive had gels and they’ve also not lasted as long as expected, while some of the staff are lovely, I have been spoken to rudely by others, I’ve also noticed that on several occasions whilst round the nail bar, the therapist will join in the neighbouring conversation instead of chatting to me, I will no longer be giving mint my custom especially as last time I was here I felt as though I was being talked about

I was excited by the previous reviews of this place. Unfortunately, it didn't live up to expectations for an acrylic nails gel treatment at the price of 50. Nails were stuck down off-centre by Jess which I did raise several times and in return, I was reassured this could be rectified at the stage of filing. The shape was uneven on both sides across 70% of nails. This is certainly not coffin shaped. Again, I had to bring this to the attention of Jess numerous times. To the point where I became disengaged and no longer enjoying the experience. One hand was done by the assistant manager towards the end which I am grateful for although she couldn't save entirely (not her fault). Wouldn't travel to attend again. Not a relaxing treatment, I was anxious all the way through. The gems and colour are the only thing that I can say went well.
