We have just bought a janome 360dc from MKC for our granddaughter. Can I say what a knowledgable set of people. They were polite not pushy and so helpful in helping us to choose the right machine for what we needed. After lockdown we will take advantage of their training courses. MKC HAVE LOOKED AFTER ME AND MY MACHINES FOR AROUND 40 years. They are friendly and professional all in one. Roy is a super Technician, and Sheila gives excellent advice. She knows all her machines, is a top notch machinist herself and is always there to advise and give help. This is not a shop where you buy a sewing machine and that's the end of the procedure. Sheila and Roy are always there to give back-up.
