I’m writing on behalf of my mum who got her root canal done here, it’s a pleasure to say the procedure was a complete success and the dentist Lucy was a complete delight! Her work and knowledge is excellent, she articulates herself very well, she’s comforting and genuine. All round great service, 10/10

Recently moved to this dentist when let down by my previous one. Firstly, I know that they will have been busy here but they instantly made me feel that I mattered and helped even though I want a long standing patient. I have a lot of respect for that level of customer service. Like a lot of people, I am terrified of dentists. But this place doesn't feel like a dentist. It's relaxing. It feels like you're walking into a hotel! Reception staff are great. They've phoned me up when they missed a call from me, phoned me the day after treatment to check how I am, and are constantly cheerful and helpful. Kiran, the dentist, is very open and straightforward. Matter of fact, gives clear information and advice. Instantly puts you at ease. Again, feel like you matter. Nothing is too much trouble. I was never rushed. Always lots of time to discuss things and to take things at your pace. The dental nurses always helpful and, again, help to put you at ease. The hygienist was also great. I can't believe I find myself rating a dentist given my anxieties over a dentist, but I can't tell you enough how different this place is to feeling like you're going to the dentist. And I'm grateful for all they have all done for me so far. If you're looking for a dentist, honestly move here.
I've had four crowns fitted on front teeth this morning and I am just SO happy with them - they feel and look fantastic! Karan was very careful to take the time beforehand to go through all my options and the pros and cons of each choice available, to make sure that I came to the best decision for me. I very much appreciate feeling so listened to. I look forward to my visits with Catherine the hygienist too as she's so friendly and professional. Great practice, I definitely recommend
Both my daughter and I have both been for checkups today and were treated very caringly and professionally throughout. Kate Laidler explained everything to us and carried out thorough checkups whilst keenly adhering to Covid 19 guidelines. We were made to feel very welcome and secure during our time at the practice. Our family have been patients there for many years and have been thoroughly impressed with our treatment during that time, especially more recently in such trying times. Highly recommended.
