I cannot comment on the competency of this place, since it was impossible to arrange a consultation. I attempted no less than 6 times to arrange a consultation, with absolutely no success. This included calling and emailing. I appreciate we live in different circumstances at present, but the service simply was not good enough. I took my business (and money) elsewhere - where I was seen to for an initial consultation and had surgery, all in less than 2 weeks! Disappointing, Optegra!

Had my laser eye surgery done here in 2015 and haven't looked back since. The staff are fantastic, they really help calm your nerves and are always on hand for any further information. They also don't discharge you until they are 100% sure that you don't require any further treatment, I had dry eyes before the surgery and was provided with eye drops to help with that at every check up until the optometrist was happy that my eyes were fully recovered. It really is worth the money.

Didn't end up using their services as terrible customer service. Didn't get official confirmation of appointment (email or written), no written information before appointment, rang up before appointment trying to find out if I needed to bring prescription come in glasses and no one was able to tell me!! Told they would ring back and never did. Appointment cancelled at last minute. Terrible customer service which sadly erased my faith in the company.
