Excellent from start to Finish, firstly the price very reasonable and much cheaper then competitors, Easy to find city centre location, staff superb, very friendly very informative professional made you feel relaxed at ease and answered any questions I had , the procedure has left me with 20/20 vision which I am amazed at , need to mention SophieTravis whom made the whole experience so much more easier and less daunting with her bubbly chatty friendly approachable nature ,, can not recommend Optimax enough Thankyou

*****OPTIMAX LEEDS THE BEST!!!!!!!**** I want to give a short but honest review of my AMAZING experience with OPTIMAX LEEDS. From the first connection with the team until my last recent visit, it's been an exceptional experience. I want to say some personal thank yous to the following people, but honestly, everyone has been fabulous!!! - Dr Samuels for executing a perfect operation & also being very kind & supportive & just being human & real. explaining the potential risks given my personal circumstances (Rugby call shaped eye balls) & yet being supportive & professional so I knew I was in safe hands! - Naddir who did my initial assessment & final review post-op - what a lovely man & helpful & kind. Very very reassuring & supportive. Bibi from Glasgow who was GREAT & helpful & kind Natalija who was there supporting me on the finance side of things & ensuring all was comfortable for me & was very accommodating Sophie....the wonderful Sophie....incredibly helpful & supportive. All questions I asked was flexible answers to find the win win & ensure we all got to the same goals. Bubbly character & gentle & helpful I can't name all the team, but I can assure you you are in GREAT hands with this team!!! My eyesight is better than 20/20 the NEXT DAY & still remains perfect 4 weeks later on. Of course...a little bit of discomfort during & post Op, but within hours that all changes & I'd do it again if I had to for the amazing results I now have WELL WORTH EVERY PENNY DON'T GET SUCKED INTO PAYING OVER THE ODDS PRICES FOR SOMETHING OPTIMAX WILL DO FOR GREAT PRICES High recommended Thank you everyone
Leeds Optimax I don't usually do reviews but felt like I had to on this occasion. I had my eye surgery at Optimax in Leeds and just wanted to share how excellent the aftercare was. Everything has been good, from start to finish, but they went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of post-surgery. On one occasion I rubbed something in my eye when asleep, dust or something, a couple of weeks after the surgery and contacted the clinic as it was quite sore. Well, the surgeon, Dr. Samuel, was so accommodating and helpful! Because I live in Hull and it wasn't easy to get to Leeds, he got me to text him pictures of my eye and called me for a phone consultation, which really put my mind at rest and my eye was absolutely fine- also saved about 30 train fare. After this at my next aftercare appt. The optometrist knew exactly what had happened without me having to tell him and called Dr. Samuel when he was in a conference!! So that the Dr could advise me. Really great personal and thoughtful care and customer service!! I was really nervous about getting the surgery as I have a health condition which means I have delayed healing but so pleased I had it done! Free from glasses now and was just really nice to feel supported by the staff here throughout. Would recommend! :)

I had Lasik surgery in 2014! The staff were fantastic, The manager Tracy was especially lovely as was the surgeon! The atmosphere was very supportive and I woke up the next morning with amazing vision, it was hard to believe I wouldn’t have to mess about with any more contact lenses! I had better than 20/20 vision at my check up and would recommend Optimax to anyone looking at having laser eye surgery!
