I have been going for physio with Ruth for over 2 years now. I would highly recommend Ruth and her whole team. She is a wonderful hands on physio and I have never experienced this kind of treatment before. I have recovered so well from surgery due to the techniques that Ruth uses especially in breaking down my scar tissue. I saw Ruth earlier this year and was blown away with how quickly I felt better emotionally and physically. Ruth was incredibly professional and friendly. I went in for lower back pain but Ruth sorted out all sorts of niggling things that I just accepted. I was also equally surprised on the positive effect it had on my emotional wellbeing as I felt I was just uplifted. I ran the Yorkshire Marathon in October 2017 and following that had a painful knee injury. I was unable to run more than 3km and was in a lot of pain. I attended Physique Physio for a number of session which included a thorough assessment of my injury and development of a treatment plan. I was given exercises to do at home between sessions and was soon back on track with my running. I highly recommend.
