I have a season ticket and the card machine swallowed the card. It was late evening on Sunday and called the emergency number. Peter answered the call out and came over from the other site. He was able to get me into the car park, get my parking pass unjammed and all sorted. All round very helpful and sorted me out in no time!

Good car park, central to Leeds shopping area. It is expensive to park there but the trade off is location. It's fairly clean, well lit but the top open floor is susceptible to flooding and so spaces become limited. No parent and child spaces but good access to floors. My issue is the access to the car park from the street. More often then not, people are begging outside and can be quite aggressive about it. Plus, the smoking of drugs is off putting. This can be intimidating when you're on your own with small children. You have to scan into the car park and so you're waiting outside with kids, quite vulnerable and it does make me feel quite uncomfortable.
I was a customer at qpark this evening. My card wasn’t working and I was stuck in the car park. Peter who was the parking host was absolutely amazing. He has explained what has happened and was so kind and professional. We have managed to resolve the problem quickly and easily. Thank you Peter, I wish there was more people like you in this world!! :)
I park at this car park daily and find it to be modern, safe and secure. There's also an app that gives you cash back which I didn't know about until Steve the parking attendant told me. Thanks Steve - you've already made me a tenner.
I have visited several Q-Parks around the UK,always impressed with the cleanliness,modernity and technology implementation. This one is no exception,very clean,usual lovely clean colour scheme,clean stairwells and lifts,the automated barriers and payment machines are top technology here,same as all the other Q-Parks I have utilised. I do find that the tariffs are quite high compared to other providers,but you pay for an ultra safe clean car park,where you know your car will be safe.
