Excellent service from Louise who quickly identified the replacement roller shutter motor I needed to replace my faulty Somfy motor and the new motor arrived much sooner than expected. I had a small issue with the installation (my fault) but a quick call to Rich resolved the problem within minutes ........ in fact, he answered my question before I even asked ......... everything is easy when you know what you are doing, and Rich certainly does. All in all a great experience ... good product, great pricing and, most importantly. excellent after sales service. I now know where to go when the motor in my other garage door fails. Well done guys ......Highly recommended.

l was supplied a new motor for my garage door, which arrived as promised, and at a very reasonable price. I was also told that if I needed any advice to fit it all I had to do was ring back. I strongly recommend RH Doors.
I didn't have a clue how these garage roler shutters work. But after talking to these people who talked me through it what to exactly do was spot on. Fitted it today no problems thank you for your patience & sending me the new roller including 2 remote controls. Very highly recommend thank you
