Always very helpful especially when I need help with prints . All staff kind and helpful

Up until recently I never had any problems, however my recent visit was just rude and argumentative and a barrage of \we don't get paid overtime\, \this is my family time\, \you should have come earlier\ and I was even accused of lying. I queued for 45 minutes to not be served as it had closed (I arrive 30 min prior to closing) having to queue outside as to remain socal distancing. At 13:03 when notified that it was closed i was told that i would be served and the four people infront of me were told the same. It is no wonder that it was been aggressively told to leave (as with the other customers in front of me) that we were told to leave (even after we were told we would be served 15 min beforehand. Incidentally, I respected all Covid-19 protocols and it was essential mailing as a parcel for work (Key working, supporting working from home). I was not alone in this as there were 4 other customers, who had waited just as long, who were treated equally as rude. I can appreciate the effort and problems we are all suffering with in this time but matter management and customer service, especially having to queue outside and a kinder temperament rather than criticism of customers would go along way. I am clearly not alone in this view with a customers rating of 2.2.
