My experience of Start Recovery has been absolutely incredible and it has formed the corner stone of my own personal recovery. When I first came to see Mark I was in a really bad way. Having suffered several spectacular relapses I just didn’t know what, if anything would work to help me live the life that I wanted to, but couldn’t seem to manage. Marks knowledge and experience made him very easy to connect with straight away and it really felt that he knew where I was at.
