During the weekend i visited the Loake store, Leeds. I was after some laces and cream for my boots. I was greeted by Morgan, and had the kind of store experience that i enjoy. I was greatly appreciative of his knowledge and understanding towards what i was looking for and will definitely visit again. I have tried some Loake boots in the past and struggled with fitment but Morgan has assured me that some of the footware in the range might suit me better, so when i need a new pair i'll be in. Great store experience, thanks again. Jimmi

I went in on Saturday to possibly buy my son another pair of shoes from these wonderful shoemakers for his birthday. Unfortunately, I didn't know what pair my son had seen the previous day, so I was at a loss. Both the staff members there were so helpful in everyway, to the point, Gerry (I believe thats his name) phoned the staff who were in that Friday to see if they remembered my son and if they knew what shoes he's was looking at to buy. Whilst I was waiting, Gerry went further to advise on a shoe fitting service they offer on a one to one appointment, which is definitely a bonus. If there's anything my son loves (apart from the finer things in life) is to be pampered and made a fuss of! Both staff members were not only helpful, knowledgeable, but went above and beyond to help me with what little information I had. Its no wonder my son goes there again and again. Not only do they have the most amazing quality shoes, but staff too.

Incredible service, very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. I was offered a complementary shine for my shoes (they really needed it), great advice on what style to go for, and some free polish. They were neither pushy nor condescending, and I got exactly what I wanted. Will definitely return. Thank you!

Gerry and the team at the store are all extremely friendly, helpful and willing to assist with any questions. The after sales service is also fantastic! Would highly recommend purchasing your shoes from Loake Leeds

Only went in for a new pair of shoelaces and some shoe polish but was treated to a complimentary shoe shine and made to feel special despite not buying anything of particular value. The three chaps in the store were all very friendly too! As a result, I'll be heading back soon to purchase a couple of pairs of shoes and will certainly recommend to friends and colleagues. First class!

I’ve bought two pairs of shoes from the Brogue Trader. On both occasions care and attention was taken to make sure I had the right shoe (size, width, sole choice). Lots of choice of styles and of all the shoes I have ever owned, these are the best quality. I sadly put on a bit of weight after purchasing my first pair which clearly widened my footprint, meaning my first shoes became a little tight. They stretched them so they again fit perfectly, and didn’t charge. It’s all part of their service and customer care. They also cleaned and polished them after stretching! Good old fashioned service. You pay a little more but it’s worth every penny.

Bought a beautiful leather work bag & my husband bought shoes here this week. My husband can’t remember the last time he was actually fitted for shoes. They’re a perfect fit too. Fantastic service & advice from Gerry & his team & fabulous products. Highly recommend Leeds Loake.
