Friendly helpful staff . Great quality furniture we bought a suite, ordered it a few weeks ago and because we weren't quite ready to receive it they kept it until we were ready. The delivery was prompt and efficient. We're extremely pleased with everything.

Was booked a good few days in advance to be told it would arrive \early afternoon\ roll and 21:45 and it's only just arrived only one helpful person at the branch no reply from the first point of contact all day constantly told different times of delivery to be them told the driver was just delivering it to the door no offer to help my wife take it inside so had to take the day off work good quality product but terrible,e customer service!

Good quality furniture. Bought new and pre-ownedvfurniture from here several times. At back of store - Trading Post - are pre-owned items all in pristine condition. Bought bedroom furniture and looked brand new. Staff knowledgeable, helpful, non pushy.
