I had a great experience at the Hair Dr Clinic. I had been affected by hair loss for over 10 years, and decided that lockdown was the ideal time to do something about it. The clinic offer a free video consultation where they assess your situation and discuss your options. I was able to book a procedure within about 2 weeks, so everything moved very fast. The procedure is a long day, from 7am to 5pm, but the terrific staff do everything they can to make it comfortable - they put me at ease from the very beginning and once we got started, the day flew by. Aside from the injections at the start of the day, there is little pain or discomfort throughout the day, and you are told exactly what to expect at every stage. I'm now 11 days post procedure and am very happy with my results so far. I'm very happy to recommend the Hair Dr Clinic!

From start to finish all the staff at the clinic were very professional, helpful and friendly. They really made you feel cared about on the day and you could tell they would do all that they could to make sure you were comfortable during the procedure. The aftercare has been fantastic and I couldn't recommend them more highly to anybody! The result has turned out just as I hoped.
I first contacted The Hair Dr after having major confidence issues regarding hair loss, especially only being 22 at the time and receding at quite a rapid rate. Of course, the price of the surgery played a big part and they were the cheapest combined with the best reviews I could find anywhere. From the off the whole team were so supportive and understanding. They were always available to talk over text or phone to answer any questions or concerns I had. I particularly liked the frequent calls leading up to my surgery to ensure everything was okay and to answer any further questions that may have arisen. I started by having a consultation over FaceTime as Leeds was a long trip for myseld and work commitments made it even more difficult. I spoke to the lead surgeon who went into great detail and it was clear he had years worth of experience! Upon arrival, all the staff were very warm and welcoming. The clinic was spotlessly clean and very modern. They talked me through each step throughout the day and ensured I was comfortable at all times. Complementary dinner was provided at lunch time to split the surgery up. After leaving, the after care service again was 10/10. No question I asked was silly and the team helped me through every step of my recovery. You only need to look at the pictures I have attached to see the amazing results I have experienced after only 6 months time! It has made me so much more confident as opposed to having to hide or be weary about my receding hairline. This whole service from start to finish was fantastic and I honestly couldn't recommend The Hair Dr enough (even my cousin is now booked in after seeing the results!!).
After many years of looking into this I thought I would go for it since we are still in lockdown which gave me a bit of time to recover whilst working from home. I am so glad I did. The staff from first walking through the main doors until the end of the day were so professional and kind. Always asking about my well being and talking me through everything. They are so quick to answer any questions via email/Whatsapp. Were in no way pushy to get my to go forward with the procedure and still continue with their professionalism afterwards. As many have said, the only pain was from the injections for the local anaesthetics, once these were done, which doesn't take too long then the rest is a breeze. A long day yes, but it will totally be worth it in the end and what's a day for life changing results? Plenty of breaks, lunch provided and I was even able to watch a bit of Netflix. I have just finished the first week following Dr Arshad's post procedure hair plan which is so easy to follow with the wall chart provided laying out exactly what to take, at what time, when to spray the grafts, apply balm, etc. All medicine was provided in a pack when leaving too which was great. Long road ahead but I can't wait to see the results. If anyone is on the fence, I can't recommend the Hair Dr enough. Get it booked!
